With over 15+ years of experience at a prominent Canadian Schedule I bank, Matt brings a wealth of knowledge to our organization. During his tenure at the bank, he held senior positions in commercial debt origination, risk management, and restructuring. This background provides him with a unique perspective and insight into the lending landscape, enabling him to deliver tailored solutions to our clients.

In addition to his mortgage brokerage experience, Matt has spent 5+ years in the private investment management industry. As a Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) and registered Associate Portfolio Manager with Red Jacket Wealth Management, he advises clients on both traditional and alternative investment strategies. Matt's expertise in this area allows him to apply a holistic and comprehensive approach to client interactions, considering their individual circumstances and finding the optimal balance between risk and return.

Matt holds an MBA from the prestigious Richard Ivey School of Business. This educational background further enhances his ability to analyze complex financial situations and provide strategic advice to our clients.

Matt's passion for community involvement extends beyond his professional pursuits. He coaches junior baseball, serves as the convenor and organizer of the Baby Point Lawn Bowling League, and acts as a Director of the Baby Point Heritage Foundation. Furthermore, he dedicates his time as a part-time Ski Instructor at Blue Mountain and is the co-Founder of Your Friendly Neighbourhood Card Show. Matt's commitment to community development and service reflects his well-rounded character and dedication to making a positive impact beyond the world of finance. His leadership skills have been recognized through his past presidency at the Baby Point Club.
